Known for building trust and loyalty with both clients and employees, Mike is committed to continuous learning and professional growth for himself and his high-performing teams. Mike joined the former M*Modal in 2013 and earned Sales Leader of the Year honors five times in a six-year span. Prior to AQuity, Mike advanced through leadership roles in high-growth organizations over the past 23 years, including Optum/United Healthcare and Thomson Reuters.
GM, Scribing Operations
Mark brings 20 years of combined healthcare, technology, and service delivery success to his role as GM of Scribing Services, which overlaps management, sales, and operations. Throughout his career, he has earned an exceptional reputation for delivering strong financial results through strategic thought leadership for organizations from $1M startups to $1.3B corporations. Mark is passionate about building customer-first businesses that delivers exceptional results for the healthcare industry. In his role as the GM of Scribing Services, Aquity is leading the market in reducing physician burnout.
Chief Information Officer, Chief Security Officer
Marty joined Aquity (then M*Modal) in 1998 and has over 35 years of diversified technology management experience in support, development, security, and implementation across varied industries. During Marty’s tenure with the company he has built Aquity’s global support infrastructure through innovative tools and a high-touch customer supporting infrastructure. Under his leadership, our security team has built an industry leading security framework that ensures client data protection at all times. Marty leads the company’s SOC2, ISO 27001, and HITRUST annual certifications and has established a robust security education and training program for all staff.
VP, Human Resources
Mike has over 30 years of HR experience and believes a successful services company, at its heart, is built on the greatness of its employees. Since 2001, he has helped grow, develop, and guide employees, first for the former M*Modal company and now for Aquity. Mike brings concentrated HR experience in compensation and benefit design, management, leadership development, and business transformation projects.
VP, Transcription and Medico-Legal Operations
Regina has served as the Aquity/M*Modal Vice President of US domestic operations since November 2013. Her primary responsibility is to ensure transcription service Key Performance Indicators are maintained at the highest level throughout the organization. Regina began her career as a front-line medical transcriptionist, and joined the company in 2002, where she has held a number of key leadership roles in services and operations. She has 23 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.
VP Coding Operations and HIM Services
Pat has over 25 years of experience in the health information management business sector. He has developed and managed tailored HIM services including interim management, support coding, coding audits and education, and special project assistance for electronic health record (EHR) implementations for clients nationwide. In 1993, Pat co-founded and was President of a nationally recognized HIM contract services firm that was acquired by the company in 2011. He also founded and served as CEO of EvriChart, Inc.

Cindy is a global healthcare leader with more than 35 years’ experience in all aspects of revenue cycle management, patient experience and health information management. Specializing in medical coding, workflow design, quality improvement and healthcare compliance, her ability to develop and lead high performing teams is echoed in her passion for delivering top quality service and impactful results. A credentialed member of AHIMA, Cindy also holds certifications from both the Healthcare Compliance Association (HCCA) and National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).
