Jason Kolinoski

Chief Operating Officer

Jason has over 20-years of experience as a change agent in health information technology, advanced workflow design, BPO, and global service delivery models.  He is recognized for fundamentally changing the competitive landscape in the $12 billion clinical documentation services Industry by leveraging various technologies with premium global labor services. His diverse background includes expertise in all aspects of merger/acquisition activities, cultural integration, and positive financial performance. 

Jack Senechal
General Counsel, Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary
Jack is a senior corporate attorney who drives organizational growth through effective negotiation of sophisticated commercial transactions. A creative problem solver and team leader, he helps Aquity stay focused on strategic business objectives while mitigating risk. Strong reputation for professionalism and a passion for providing excellent client service that fosters long-term collaboration and loyalty. Jack is admitted to the bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
Agnelo Rodrigues
Executive Director – India
Agnelo has more than 22 years’ experience as a senior manager across diverse industries including manufacturing, office automation, service, IT, BPO and telecom. He has guided several firms through IPO and stock listings, open offers, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as fundraising programs through debt and/or equity investments from both Indian and Overseas capital markets. A seasoned professional, Agnelo brings a strong command of business finance and accounting to his role.
Richard K. Kneipper
Board Member
Rick Kneipper co-founded Anthelio Healthcare Solutions Inc. (now part of Atos), then the largest independent provider of information technology, medical records and revenue cycle services to hospitals, physician practice groups and other healthcare providers, where he served as CEO, CAO, chief strategy and innovation officer, and chair of its Healthcare Innovation Council. Previously he was a partner of the international law firm Jones Day. Rick holds board appointments with the University of Texas at Arlington M.S. in healthcare administration program and LOOK Cinemas I, L.P, and is founder and CEO of Shady Knoll Orchards & Distillery LLC, a cider apple orchard and specialty craft distillery in the Hudson River Valley of New York that produces apple brandy, pommeau and whiskey.
William T. Allen
Board Member

Bill joined Werner Co. in August 2007 as President and Chief Executive Officer and was elected Chairman of their Board of Directors in April of 2009.  Werner is the largest manufacturer and marketer of ladders, other climbing products, and Jobsite Support equipment in North America, Europe, UK, and the Pacific Rim.  During his tenure, WernerCo completed six acquisitions, established a presence in over 100 countries, expanded into several adjacent categories, and transitioned a post-bankruptcy company from $340MM in revenue with double digit EBITDA losses to over a billion dollars in revenue and triple digit EBITDA profitability.  With a strong background in turn around and crisis management consulting, Mr. Allen has over 40 years’ experience in quality management, productivity and cost improvements, and manufacturing leadership.

Mike Daughton
Sr. VP Sales and Marketing
Known for building trust and loyalty with both clients and employees, Mike is committed to continuous learning and professional growth for himself and his high-performing teams. Mike joined the former M*Modal in 2013 and earned Sales Leader of the Year honors five times in a six-year span from 2013 through 2018. Mike and his team are responsible for strategic growth in the large health system and academic medical center space. Prior to Aquity, Mike advanced though leadership roles in high-growth organizations over the past 23 years, including Optum/United Healthcare and Thomson Reuters.
Mark Gum
VP Scribing Operations

Mark brings 20 years combined healthcare, technology, and service delivery success to his role as a management executive, sales leader, sales operations manager, and operations leader.  Throughout his career, he has earned an exceptional reputation for managing complex sales processes to deliver strong financial results through strategic thought leadership for organizations from $1M startups to $1.3B corporations.  Mark is passionate about building customer first businesses that delivery exceptional results for the healthcare industry. 

Mike Paoletti
VP Human Resources

Mike believes a successful services company, at its heart, is built on the greatness of its employees.  Since 2001, he has helped grow, develop, and guide the employees for Aquity and the former M*Modal company.  Mike brings concentrated Human Resource experience in compensation and benefit design, management, leadership development, and business transformation projects.  Mike has over 30 years of HR experience with close to 20 years serving in various human resource leadership roles at Nortel. 

Regina Buchwald
VP Transcription Operations

After beginning her career as a front-line medical transcriptionist, Regina has served as the Aquity/M*Modal Vice President of US domestic operations since November 2013.  Her primary responsibility is to ensure transcription service Key Performance Indicators are maintained at the highest level throughout the organization. Regina joined the company in 2002 and has held a number of key leadership roles in services and operations.  She has 23 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. 

Monica DuBois
VP Coding Operations
Monica is a nationally recognized client-relations, project management, training, audit and revenue cycle professional with a strong consulting background. She has extensive experience in coding, MS-DRG education, and auditing in addition to guiding Clinical Documentation Improvement CDI and revenue cycle management-related transformations. Monica is an AHIMA endorsed ICD-10 instructor and a certified instructor for healthcare inpatient facility auditing, having created the program for the Association of Healthcare Auditors and Educators.
Pat King
VP Interim Management

Pat serves as our Vice President of HIM Services and has over 25 years of experience in the health information management business sector. In 1993 he co-founded and was President of a nationally recognized HIM contract services firm that was acquired by the company in 2011. He has developed and managed tailored HIM services including Interim Management, Support Coding, Coding Audits and Education, and Special Project assistance for Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations for clients nationwide. Pat also founded and served as CEO of EvriChart, Inc., the nation’s largest company to specialize exclusively in the physical/virtual storage and delivery systems for legacy healthcare records. That company also offered Coding and Auditing platform Software as a Service (SAS) custom solutions, giving him additional insight into the unique needs of HIM departments and the C-Suite of Aquity’s hospital clients.
