AQuity provided a global option to conduct ongoing coding quality and documentation reviews for the full physician population supported by the company. This involved development of a communication tool to provide the details of findings and recommendations on each encounter reviewed. AQuity developed a summary report that is provided to each physician with an overview of the trends identified and clinical documentation improvement CDI opportunities that influence coding results. These reviews cover the full range of the firm’s multi-specialties and services.
Results:
